Arrival Story:
He was a stray where I work. Naturally we fed him. He was starved and in really bad shape. Lots of fights left him with lots of scars. I took a long time before I could touch him. He was so scared of everything. Some human must have hurt him as he is very fearful of men. Had him neutered, shots, flea and ear mite meds, and wormed. Made quite a difference. First picture is now, second is the way he looked when he first came. Very sad. He is a brown target tabby with yellow eyes. He's healthy and very hardy and really wants to be outdoors most of the time but has never had a litter problem and may at one time have had a home as he seems to do well in the house.
Bio:
I brought him home when the edict came out that the cat had to go. I couldn't imagine anyone would want an old, beat-up tomcat, so rather than let animal control get him, I brought him here. With a lot of love and handling he is responsive and even grabs you by the leg to keep you from leaving. Hoping very hard someone might want him..I know he's worth it.
