New playground!

Mummy buys me lots of presents! I had so much fun exploring my new scratching post!!!! Now I can practice my climbing safely without ruining mummy's sofa...

Mummy is on half term!!!

Mummy is on half term and we have been spending some lazy days laying on the sofa watching tv... just cuddling stuff like that... Today a man came in with a package and it turns out it is for me... yeeappp,,, I love my new play cushions, they smell nice.... Mummy is trying to upload a video of me but this machine is playing up so she will try later... hope it works so you can all see me being silly..

Featured on the front page!!!

I want to thank all of my wonderful furriends for their fabulous gifts today! ! I was truly honored to be featured on the front page! What a special surprise!

Mummy was out all day and I got extra special cuddles when she got home!!!! I am learning how to meow and mummy loves it! Last night we cuddled together in bed and had a long sleep together. Mummy will spend the day out tomorrow as well but we will have the whole week for ourselves as mummy is off for the week, hooray!!!!!!!

I am loving catster as I am making lots of new friends!

Visit to the vet!

Today Tiaa went to the vet for her vaccination booster. She was so good and grown up! during her first 2 visits she wouldn't stay still and wanted to get out and explore... this time she was so good, stood quietly for her injection and stay in her bag patiently waiting.
Also had a chat about getting her spayed which will happen in a couple of months time. Was told she will have to stay at the vet's for the day for her operation and my heart shrank...
She has doubled weight which is good as she had lost weight second time she got weighted...
Everyone seems to fall in love with her!!!

Yeahh I can hear the door.. mummy is coming... let me get ready, groom myself.. now should I run and let her find me?.. naahhh I really want her cuddles,.. okay here she come.... meowww, meooww, I love you mummy...
Mummy says she has a present for me, I wonder what will it be this time, mummy always buy me nice presies...
Here she comes... I am ready mummy, what is it?....mum, mum why are you putting this thing around my neck? Mummy take it off, I don't like it, I will take it off myself then... Come on mummy help me, its too tight, its not coming off... But I am not going to give up, I will spend the next 2 hours planning a way of getting this stupid thing off ... ... ... .... .... ok.. ..................................I give up.....actually..... I think I look cute!

Cheap date!

Every day when I come home I feel so happy to be greeted by my lovely Tiaa. She is always so happy and lively! Then she follows me around the flat and even lays next to me when I am on the toilet!lol. She hasn't jumped on my bed for 2 nights! Seems like little one is growing too fast!!! Yesterday I went shopping and she has been playing with a plastic bag since, she is amused by the noise it makes bless her! Guess my girl is a cheap date kind!!.lol

I was thinking of getting a kitten for a while but as my hubbie has asthma we were not sure if getting a kitten would be a good idea but as I could not get my head over it we decided to go for it. I started looking for kittens but as I never had a pet ( I mean I have a hamster but you know what i mean) I didn't even know how to start. You might say I am crazy but I started looking on websites and I contacted a lady who had one kittie left for sale.
She sent me a gorgeous picture that later came out to having nothing to do with my lovely kitty. I was upset at the beginning ( lets say for 10 seconds..lol) but glad to have her.
I name her Tiaa ( pronounce 'TAIA') after an Egyptian queen . She wasn't well looked after, very dirty and a bit smelly poor thing! Later I found out that some people get their cat with babies just to sell the little ones and make money! Disgusting but at least I have her now and she is loved and cared for!
She had diarrhoea when she arried and we had a hard first few days but she was soo keen to be looked after!
I gave her a bath, groomed her and after a few day she started gaining weight. I took her to the vet and she was tiny and only weighted a little over 400grs.
She is now 13 weeks and weighs a little over 1kl!! Hooraayyy!!!
She is full of mischief, and loves cuddling on my bed! She follows my around the house and I love having her as company.
Tiaa is due to her booster on the 17th and is growing by the day! She is a gobbler, eats anything you put on her bowl. I am feeding her whiskas and have actually just bought the one in loaf and found it quite disgusting.. like the food in jelly much better, not that Tiaa minds but mummy doesn't really like the loaf consistence....lo
