Good Bye

It has been one month since I made my journey to the Bridge. Mom still cries a lot because she's still in the habit of glancing at the chair under the table or the couch in the den to check on me. The other night she looked up the stairs to see if Apollo was coming outside with her and in the shadows at the top of the stairs she thought it was my face she saw on Apollo. Of course we do look alike except he is much bigger than me — the big lump!

Apollo still tests for my scent in the house but that is gradually fading away. He and Mom find comfort in each other — do take care of each other.

1. What color is your collar?
I do not wear collar.
2. What kind of food do you eat?
Dry cat food and sometimes a shrimp when Mom cooks some for herself.
3. What are your favorite treats?
Since the cat food scare, Mom doesn't trust any kitty treats. That's OK ‘cause I didn't care for extra treats that much.
4. Do you have a Valentine or significant other??
Of course, my dearest Toulouse.
5. Do you get Table Scraps?
Well, except for those shrimps, I'm not interested in food off of the table.
6. What is your favorite toy?
I'm usually the happiest with some little rolled up balls of paper.
7. When is your Birthday?
March 25.
8. How many times a day do you get to eat?
I have free choice. Since I'm such a "light weight", Mom is happy every time I eat!
9. Do you have a favorite color?
I think I look good in pink, but yellow matches my fur well.
10. Do you hope all your pals puts this in their diary?
I think they will. These are always fun!

Oh my! I'm Cat of the Week !!! I can't believe it!!! What an honor!!!

Thank you, Catster for selecting me as Cat of the Week. For me, this honor has to be right up there at the top, along with being chosen to be a Catster Moderator. Both are great honors.

In my job as moderator I prowl the forums, protecting everycat and seeing to it that Catster remains fun and friendly to all. As Cat of the Week, I get to celebrate on the best website in the world with all of my friends. Nothing could be better than that.

I've Been Tagged!!!!

I've been tagged by Leo, Cheyanne, Zoe and Nikki.

1. I weigh only half as much as my twin brother, Apollo. (Mom says I'm as light as a feather and Apollo is a big "lump".)

2. My purrson thinks of me as her little nurse, ‘cause I'm always following her around.

3. My "special friend" is the well-known and loved cat, Toulouse.

4. My purrson almost named me Artemus but thought Athena was more feminine.

5. When we go to bed, I sleep on one half of the bed and my purrson sleeps on the other half.

6. I like posing for pictures.
