Arrival Story:
Poodle was the only survivor out of 5 kittens and that's when we knew she was going to be one tough cookie. When she was about 2 months, we noticed that she was a little shaky. We took her to the Vet and he diagnosed her w/Cerebellar Hypoplasia. She would fall down when walking and we had to support her whenever she ate or drank anything and whenever she had to use the litter box. She couldn't jump real high or climb, but, she was adapting very well. She got along great w/the other cats, but, they wouldn't play w/her that much. So, she became my constant companion.

Bio:
Today, Poodle is a happy, healthy and terribly spoiled. We created a monster! I'm amazed by her determination, to do things on her own. She has come along way from when she was a kitten. She has become the Queen P, here. She is the groomer, protector and trainer for the youngsters and she discipline's the older ones.

Cat of the Week!!! Wow!!!

Well, now that my week in the spotlight is almost up, I just wanted to say, Thank You, to Catster, the voters and to all the cool cats that left me stars, rosettes, gifts and treats. I've made a lot of new friends and it's been great!! I know my Dad and Mom are soo proud of me and they thought this would be the perfect opportunity for more people to learn about Cerebellar Hypoplasia. If my Dad and Mom weren't there to help me when I was younger, I don't know how or if I would have adapted as well as I have. CH kitties need a little more time and attention, but, we're worth it! Thanks Again, Everyone!!

Take Care,
Poodle
