Halloween

I was an angel for Halloween. I didn't like it. I looked too fat. And I was distracted by the pretty ribbons and kept biting at them. I still looked cute, though.

Max, why don't you love me?

What?

I'm pretty. Max thinks so. Pretty, pretty pretty. Don't you think so? I think Max thinks so, but he doesn't pay much attention to me. I catch him sometimes with one eye open while he lies spread on the floor, and I think he's thinking how pretty I am. But he hasn't asked me out yet. Should I ask him out? I'm scared he'll say no, even though I'm pretty. Because he's so handsome. Sigh. I love him. I really really love him and I hope he loves me too.
