Arrival Story:
Blackie came to us as a small baby who had gotten separated from her mother in a transport truck hauling heavy equipment. She was small enough to get caught in one of those black rat traps that resturants use, but our son who was 5 at the time coaxed her out. She was wild, and made her way to our garage where she took up residence away from the guard dogs. We started feeding her and she eventually became our friend. Us being cat lovers decided to bring her in after she was accustomed to us. She immediately became one of the family. She has been with us ever since.

Blackie is a very timid girl, she doesnt really get along well with other cats but puts up with them ;-)
