Arrival Story:
Walked outside to go to work one cold, rainy day and there she was -- freezing cold, wet and oh, so thin. She was quite scary looking and smelled like a barnyard. I was in a terrible hurry, but I quickly got some milk and told her if she was still there when I got back home, we'd talk. A few hours later, my husband "found" her, fed her, got her warm. She was fairly healthy, but hungry and not even healed completely from being spayed. I wonder what happened... She is one strange cat and won't go outside for anything! Apparently, been there - done that. Named her Phoebe because when she showed up that day, she was a "smelly cat".

Bio:
Our sweet Phoebe died in January of 2007. She had the softest little purr -- I do miss her.
