indoors Arrival Story: I had no actual need to go the pet store that day. I was well stocked in fish supplies and had recently lost a beloved dog. But I felt called to go anyway. As soon as I walked in the door, I knew I needed to see the rescue cats. I walked over to their cages, and there was the beautiful 3 year old Emerson. I called my husband and let Emerson talk to him over the phone. He loved him just from the sound of his voice. I got someone to open the cage so I could get a better look at him, and he crawled up on my shoulder like he was ready to go wherever I wanted to take him. I didn't even get a carrier. I bought him a harness and leash and that's how he came home with me. Bio: Emerson loves to love. And he is very talkative. He always greets new people and can make even non-cat people love him.
