He was at the City animal shelter. A friend adopted him for fear he would be euthanized. She took him to a Vet to be tested, neutered, and shaved. He was extremely matted. She didn't have the money to pay to Vet, so I paid the bill and took the cat. He's been part of our family since June 1997.
