Arrival Story:
She was in a huge juniper bush and mommy hadn't been seen in over 3 days. She had an eye infection and upper respitory infection and weighed just 4 oz. Her eyes had just opened. The Vet gave me formula and feeding plan and told me Good Luck. I had never rescured a cat and was deterimined that this little one was going to make it. She slept in our bed in a special bed so she didn't get squished but kept warm and I took her with me everywhere until she could finally eat and go to the bathroom by her self. She totally won over my husband who was definatlly:NOT! at cat person. I kept my promise and didn't name her and found 4 homes for her but my husband had been totally won over and named her Rodent because after her first bath she looked like a half drowned rat. By the way she is deathly afraid of mice, rats or other type rodents but will take on any dog that trys to come in her yard. Too Funny to watch a 14 lbs cat running all puffed up from a little field mouse but full on running to attack a dog that weighs 85+ lbs. Good thing the dog loves cats. She is now a complete home body and will only go outside if we are there in the front yard or back yard but at the first sound she is right back inside where she is comfortable.

Bio:
She is so different she is preety quiet, hardly talks at all but comes to a whistle and knockes on the door to come in and out. She will speak on command for her Yum Yum treats. She loves her Daddy!! Rodent is a Calico Tabby and was wild born - her parents are feral
