I simply have to write about the real training breakthrough I achieved with my dad! He really is amazingly smart, for a human.

Yesterday the humans had to go somewhere in the morning and were running late, so they failed to put the nice, comfortable bedspread on top of the bed. Since I often like to sleep on it during the day, this was rather inconvenient for me. So when dad returned home and came upstairs, I meowed at him several times, loudly but firmly, and led him to the bedroom (he's good at following). Then, while he watched, I walked around the bed and meowed some more. And guess what--the penny dropped! He understood what I wanted! He immediately went to get the bedspread and put it over the bed for me. Such a good boy!

I hopped up immediately and settled down for a nice, refreshing nap.

I had to do that with Meowm, too. We had company, and she moved my blankie from the couch. And then she jsut didn't put it back! And she couldn't figure out what was sooooo wrong about it. Bjut I told her...

We cats must take a stand when it comes to our blankies!
