So mom is still in limbo with things on our end, but she has a small breather... She is trying to find a full time job and it's hard as she was a homemaker for many years and her only real job was teaching private music lessons. She considered doing that again but with people cutting out the extra curricular's (sports, music, etc.,) mom worries about the uncertainty in that.

I think I might have forgotten to mention that on August 13th, one of my FIRST catster friends, Colleen, sent us a care package and a sweet gesture for mom. A gesture mom will never forget. I have, along with my siblings AND stinky dog enjoyed the nom noms. Especially the Tiki :)

Mom is always amazed at the Catster community. It's such a unique and invaluable site and we're just happy we've been on it for over 6 years. Wow, 6?!?!

And yes, Murrman has been reporting to duty (me) that he has been spying, I mean, watching Pansy. Catster is safe... For now!

Do you get payed for playing in the sympathy? Our neighbor lady plays the french horn and that's what she does...but that's her side job. Wouldn't you know she has a degree from the School of Arts and has a full time job that has nothing to do with music. Also, Music stores are always looking for people who can play. Don't know what your Mom plays but I hope that helps.

Mom says being a sales associate at a nice store (be careful not to spend your whole check at the store though...Mom says been there done that. LOL!) is always great for the long time Homemaker. I hope things are all right. I hate seeing people get stuck in a bad spot. Sending purrs that she finds that purrfect job.
