Arrival Story:
After coming home from work late one night, I stopped at the video store where a little kitten was trying to get in out of the rain. People were kicking him out of the way when I grabbed him, yelled at a man for kicking him, and put him in my car. Rather than driving back to work at the shelter, I took him home for the night. The first night he stayed in my bedroom with us and slept the whole night through. After taking him into work the next morning (really didn't want to!) to wait to see if his owners claimed him they never came and he came home permanently!
