Arrival Story:
Our neighbor, a lovely man, was diagnosed with cancer. Baby and her brother were left outside while he was sick. When he passed, the wife moved away, and didn't really want to get the cats back. She said she couldn't catch them... so left the neighborhood with a bag of cat food and moved on. I took months, literally, going to the culvert under the neighbor's driveway, where Baby Cat was living. I would just sit there, and meow back to her. She eventually came to me... and I could just touch her... well, now, 2 years later, I can do whatever I need to her. She is more tame than my little Sara. Baby was a feral cat, never allowed indoors, never petted, but always fed. Now, she has a family and is learning tht not all dogs are bad.
Bio:
Baby Cat is a shy, but very sweet. She is not a fighter, but doesn't want to be indoors. She simply wants the freedom to live, and let live. WHAT A GREAT PHILOSOPHY!

So, I'm an outdoor kitty, because Sara is a jerk.
I have to eat outside, and sometimes Fire Ants attack. Mommy has devised a fool proof way to protect me!
She puts a saucer of water down, and places my food bowl in the middle of the saucer. The ants can't cross the water to get to the food!! Works every time!
I love my mommy....
