Fussin' Day

Today, I got up with my daddy, as he got up and got ready for work. Mommy was still in bed watching the news. This really bugs me when mommy is awake and NOT paying attention to me. I fussed and fussed as mom finally got up. Sheesh I'm all out of breath now! Anyway, Once she got out of bed, she was putting some weird things in a pot, I think its a slow cooker or something, all I know is something cooks all day and my house smells so good. Right now as mom is typing this for me, I am watching the front door since daddy left the door open with the screen. I love protecting my mom, I am her personal kittyguard. I am watching the garbage trucks drive by, man those things are so big! Well, time to go lay down with mommy on the couch and watch I Love Lucy. Its our favorite show. See, mommy was in a really bad car accident a few months back, so I have to watch her and make sure she doesn't hurt herself. She has to leave me 3 times a week to go to the doctor, but she always comes back feeling better. Anyway, gotta go now, can't miss Lucy!!
