There's a hutch that sits on top of the computer table and I love to jump up to the very top shelf which is about three feet above the desk. This always drives Mom a little crazy because I do it standing between her and the computer monitor and I jump down the same way, with a big PLUNK! Her eyes are always half-shut when I do it.

Of course, things had to be cleared off the hutch so I won't knock anything down on the way up or down, and Enzo is the only other cat that does the same thing.

All I can say is, at least Reebok doesn't do it!

Christmas Grass!

I stretched up onto the fake Christmas tree and decided it was too puny to climb, so I sat down and decided to chew on the branches instead. Mom tried to shoo me away but as soon as she turned her back I started munching again.

Have you ever tried to eat a fake Christmas tree? It's almost as good as the grass outside as far as I can tell. All I need to do now is eat enough of it to see if it has the same affect.

Thunder and Screams!

We created our own thunder last night, inside the house! I confess that I'm usually the one tackling Reebok but for some reason he got in one of his moods last night and nailed me! I started screaming and ran around the house with him chasing me. Being the heavyweights we are, we sounded like more than two cats!

Quincy came to see what was going on and I ran to him for comfort. When he started to walk away I followed him, complaining all the way, but he's such a terrible listener!

Mountains Out of Molehills!

Oh brother! Reebok tells the whole world about our poops and pees and he gets chosen as Diary of the Day today. My litter mountains aren't that big, and you don't hear me singing a song about them either!

Even when we were little, Reebok was a talker. He still loves to have conversations with Mom and Dad but he never talks to any of us. That's because we don't feed him and give him treats!

I like hanging out with Reebok, and especially like to tackle him even when he's not in the mood, but he sure does like to exaggerate!

So I Didn't Win!

I guess I didn't win the contest that I entered wearing my Pumpkin costume because I never heard anything.

Was it my height? My weight? My fur? My smile? No, it was because it was a drawing, so I guess nobody drew my entry!

I had plans for that $200. Maybe I'll go check out Dad's wallet instead.

When it Doesn't Fit!

I just happened to be in the room where Mom keeps all of our "outfits" so she decided to take out the Thanksgiving outfits she bought a couple of years ago that we've never worn. She knew by looking that half of the outfit probably wouldn't fit me but she tried anyway, and she was right! If I don't fit it, I *know* it won't fit Reebok and it's probably going to be snug for Riley too. Poor Enzo!

I know we haven't even gotten through Halloween yet, but now she has time to make alterations if she can motivate herself. I hope she stays unmotivated. It doesn't fit, so I don't think I should have to wear it!

I should know by the end of next week if I won that contest Mom entered me in or not. If I do, I'll win $200 and if not, it won't really matter either!

Febreze Gift Pack Giveaway!

My last diary entry was about Revolution and Febreze and this diary entry is coincidentally about the same topic!

We signed up for the Febreze giveaway and then forgot about it. Well, we surprisingly received our free gifts today. There were two things in the package. One was a collapsible water bowl and the other was a pet food scooper, so I guess the dogs won this time!

I didn't succeed in getting Mom to forget about our monthly Revolution treatment because she got us again yesterday. Some of us are easy about getting it and some of us run because we know it's coming. I run!

This is the price we have to pay if we want to continue going outside in the yard.

Oh, I do have a third topic. Mom entered my Halloween photo this year in a contest sponsored by the website we got our costumes from. I'm proud that she chose my photo over any of the others so we'll see what happens!

Revolution vs. Febreze

Today was the day for our monthly Revolution treatment and I knew it because I had seen the reminder sticker on the calendar for weeks. That's why I was the last one to get it. No matter how Mom acted and spoke, I knew she had something in her hand and I kept running from her. Everyone else got treated this morning and I finally got tricked this afternoon while I was taking a nap. I ran under the bed after that!

I need to learn how to remove that sticker on the calendar or how to cross my name off the list just to confuse Mom.

Thank you for the Febreze collars! I used them today to mask the smell that followed me around. I'd take them over Revolution any day.

Litter Castles!

It's summertime, a great time for making litter castles!

After using the Litter-Robot, I jump out and turn around and start building litter castles on the litter mat! I figure I am also helping to keep the Robot clean.

Mom is not impressed, and neither are the rest of my family. They don't recognize talent when they see it!

New Bowls!

Between my sister Pebbles announcing that she had a skin problem, otherwise known as blackheads, and a couple of our friends who suggested we no longer use our plastic bowls, my mom used that as an excuse to buy us new stoneware bowls with elevated stands.

They arrived in a big box today since we ordered 5 of them that come with two bowls each. We ordered all of them in red but one of them came in green! They're labeled "food" and "water" but they'll be used for food only since we have drinking fountains, and mom doesn't want the hassle of returning the green ones.

The funny thing is, mom ordered them from Doctors Foster and Smith and she didn't open an account with them. The invoice listed mom's name, along with Joy's and Mercy's! We've received gifts from them so we think our address is in their database.

I'm glad I don't have blackheads, but a tall cat like me will enjoy having a raised feeder!
