Today I successfully gained possession of multiple varieties of cheese, potato chips and some bread. I believe that further aquisitions can be made later tonight. Until then I will observe the computer and television for information related to the location of the food stores.

I am concerned about this sudden turn of events. It is too cold now to merely sit on the bed. Now I must huddle with the laptop for warmth, or burrow under the covers. And where is my share of the food? I know it is here....I can smell it.

I have been unable to gain the appropriate amount of hairball medicine. I thought I had mastered the longing stare and the demanding pat, but I have failed.
And now a new insult. Some sort of glowing dot has appeared. I attempted to capture it, but it seems to have magical powers. It vanishs and reappears at will. There may be some connection to a metal stick. I shall continue my efforts at containing and destroying the dot.
