Where I want to be

On Saturday we woke up and everything outside was white. I wasn't going to be fooled again. I knew it was icing sugar this time! But mum said it wasn't, it was frost. I haven't seen snow yet at all.

Frost is very pretty but very cold. I did go out for a while and when I came back found Josie asleep by the radiator, she was on her side so her tummy was getting lightly toasted and she had her head close to it so she could dream she was basking in sunshine. She looked so content that I knew that was the very best place to be in the world so I went there.

She was a bit grumpy about being moved and my mum told me off but it was worth it. I settled myself down feeling the warm on my fur but then I looked up.

Josie had gone to sit by mum and she was getting little headrubs and kisses and she was purring and suddenly I knew that was the best place to be in the world so I went there and pushed Josie off.

Mum told me that I am a mean cat but Josie is the mean one because she goes where I want to go (only I don't know I want to go there until I see her there.)

Toby I've only seen snow once it was the first winter we were in our current home and trust me you aren't missing a thing mate. It makes the weather freezing cold and it's not very pleasant. Be nice to Josie and take good care of her remember you're so lucky to have fursib.
