Yesterday that bad boy cat Smudge who beats up Josie was in our garden. He was basking in the sunshine on our garden path like it was his garden. So Josie was afraid to go out. Bad for her. Good for me though as she was actually up for some Toby Time and we had good playing.

When mum came back from work she didn't have any more presents to unwrap but she went out later and came back with lots of things that smelled very interesting - including some flowers and these are in a vase and we've been told to be real careful we knock them over when we play. Or was it don't knock them over? I alwasy struggle to remember the detail of what my mum says.

For us the birthday celebrations go on as my mum doesn't have to go to work today. We've already been playing and I've had a snooze on her lap. I love her being home.

I love it when mum stays home too. Make sure when your mum does stay home you give her plenty of loving and don't wake her too early there is nothing worse than grumpy humans.
