indoors Arrival Story: I adopted Muffin from my cousin when he became a problem for her other 2 cats. He had become hyperthyroid and for some reason was not very nice to the other cats. At the time I only had Puff, so Muffin became part of our home. My cousin had adopted Muffin when he was destined to be put to sleep my an unkind family, many years prior. Bio: Muffin was only in my home for about 1 year. I had known him from visits to my cousin's house for years before that, but I REALLY fell in love with him when I was with him all the time. By the time I found Tigger & Eric and rescued them, Muffin was already very ill. He had hyperthyroidism and had also developed a tumour in his lungs. Shortly thereafter Muffin lost weight very quickly and began to have trouble breathing. Between my boyfriend, my cousin, the vet and I, we decided it was time to end his suffering.
