We, that is the peeps and the dog-guy can only use the front door fur a while, because of all the concrete work going on outside our den...there are new back steps poured, but they lead to nowhere, MOL, because the sidewalk isn't there fur now...
Well, meowmy opened the door and the doggy door in it, and dog-guy ran right through it...and lo and behold the neighbor's kitty was sunning himself on the front porch, looking fur all like it was *his* porch...all in the blink of an eye, befur meowmy could stop the dog-guy...We think that cat must have had a heart attack!
A purrty grey tuxedo looking kitty, with a completely pink schnooter! MOL!
Somehow we do not know that kitty's name, it could be interloper or trespasser. He lives with a large furmily of children and a big oaf of a dog, too, so after the initial scare he held his ground...but dog-guy was bouncing all around him like a silly puppy...and he is 10 years old!
Sheesh...Eventually kitty ran off and climbed back over the fence to his own yard...and we nevfur knew he had even been there...dog-guy had fun, though...he even chased it into our woodsy area, and it was from there that it went home...(Probably a good thing we didn't know he was here, or we would have gone into frazzle mode.)
And then dog-guy came back inside and woofed at us...We think he thought he could chase us like that, too...UM...NO WAY!!
We have other interlopers/invaders here too...stink bugs by the dozens...UGH!! The Indian Summer we are having has woken them up...
Any furs want any stink bugs???
I've got a 10 year old dog that acts like a puppy too. Ugh.
At least dog guy had fun! Ah - no - we have enough stink bugs of our own. Thanks anyway.
OMC what adventures! A nervy next door neighbor and a dog-guy that is feeling is oats!. Good thing you are holding your own!
I live with a stink bug named Beepers, so we don't need any more of them!
Minko, please send stink bugs over here. We don't have any. It's 40 degree here, they'll all freeze. The nerve of that interloper guy to sun himself on YOUR porch. Next time you need to go and hiss at him. Hope your worker peeps are done soon. You should go up to them and ask if you can help, or if they have snacks. That's what I always do.
Well, we should get a lessening of our stinky bugs, it was only in the mid 40's last night...and it rained, too. Maybe it will freeze over the weekend.
Kitty was outside this morning, but stayed in his own yard...smartypants!
We had a quiet morning, but now those workers are back...gotta go hide again...see you later kitty pals Thanks for stopping by!
Minko, hope dat kewl weather get's dem Stinky bugggies!~ I got my own too, Mallee!~ Eeek! MOL~! We got 49 here 'n iz chilly finally!~ Sounds like Dog-guy had a blast! Sounds like he really had fun chasin' dat Kitty! At least him got some amusementz~! Glad da Kitty found him way back home! Hope dem workers get done soon!!
No we don't want your stink bugs we have crickets and Mom hates them...I am teaching Kody about them...so we both sit and wait for one to come into the house, then no more cricket!
Doggies are crazy, but he protected you all...we have a chicken that comes into our yard and you should see Mia go nutso...we sit, laugh and say stupid stinky dog...
We hope you all are not getting stressed with the workers being there...have a nice quite weekend
We wish we had a silly dog-guy around to harass the neighbor cat Monkey when he tries to catch birds on *our* lawn. Of course the dog would have to stay outdoors, as we don't tolerate dogs well, but it would be lovely to strike the fear of DOG into Monkey!
No takers here on the Stink Bugs, though . . .
Tonight when meowmy got home from her work she said that the neighbors silly dog was loose...and he is a big boy, she thinks he is a bulldog, boxer mix...and he is so silly and goofy, and untrained in manners...good thing the workers didn't pour any fresh concrete today, just getting things ready, imagine if he had galloped through that! OMC!
Not too may bugs tonight in here.
We were not stressed because pawppy was home all day, and we even got to 'help' him do his exercises...
Our Dog guy lives in our den, but meowmy says we have to let him, because he was here years befur we were...well, at least I like him, his ears taste good to me, NOL!
I wonder if invader/trespasser kitty washes his dog's ears??
