The other night Mom was looking for something interesting on TV in the afternoon. She doesn't usually watch TV then, but she was off Christmas week and needed a break from working on her year-end reports.
She paused in her surfing and went to answer the phone, and when she came back, she saw she had stopped on the Disney channel and "Lady and the Tramp" was on. She picked up the remote to change it, but then she saw me sitting Sphynx-style on the ottoman, watching the TV intently. So she sat down and we watched it together.
I LOVED it. I even meowed in protest when a commercial came on. Vicki came in and watched a little bit, but I stayed for the whole movie! I especially liked the bloodhound. Mom wondered how I would have reacted to the Siamese cats, but that part of the movie was already past when we started watching.

It's been a long time since the Mama saw that one, but she admits to being a closet-Disney-fan - MOL! Interesting that YOU stayed for the whole movie.
Well, I guess I have to admit that the movie was half over when I started watching, so I guess I didn't see it all. I would have needed popcorn for that, probably.
Hee hee! Have had a new cartoon brewing in my head that this reminds me of - maybe I will work on it today...
I like to watch hockey, but with the lockout it has not been on....I do sometimes watch basketball on the big tv! or if it has birdies!
Mom says her long-ago Siamese cat Caius loved to watch baseball. He would sit on top of the TV (they were fat enough to do that back in the day) and lean over to watch the action. He especially loved when the camera was behind the plate, facing the pitcher. When the pitch came in, Caius would whip a paw down and try to catch it.
