Arrival Story:
Shortly after my second (had two brothers, same litter) 18 year old cat died of CRF, we decided to take a trip to Michigan. It had been three years since I left our home longer than an hour due to the amount of care my two aging cats needed. We left on August 23rd, a Saturday. We got a late start on the road, so we pushed ourselves driving until we got to the border. We had planned on pulling off interstate to take a break but missed the exit, so we drove to the next one, which was a wayside rest area. My boyfriend took off for a walk on the nature trail while my mom and I went inside. I thought it would be fun to surprise him by hiding behind some trees and jump out at him when he walked by. I started to head towards the other end of the trail when I heard a small kitten crying on the top of his lungs. We were able to catch the kitten by me sneaking up behind him while my mom distracted him. He had no clue I was behind him until I grabbed his tail to stop him from running long enough to pick him up. I thought it was a little strange for a kitten that he was fine with riding in the car with us until we stopped and got out. As soon as the car slowed down, he hid under the seat and hissed at us if we looked at him. Once we were back in the car and moving, he'd come out and play. My boyfriend decided to name the new guy Courage after the cartoon "Courage the Cowardly Dog" because we found him in the middle of Nowhere and he was scared of a lot of things at first.

She is a Witch's Cat!

I finally know how my pets became brainwashed so fast when they met Cinder...she is a witch's cat! When my pets took Cinder for a car ride to that horrible place that tortures cats for money, they came back with some potion. They sprayed the potion on everything I touch and now I like the little invader too! I am so disgusted with myself...I had plans to make her disappear just as soon as I figured out how to turn that knobby thing that opens the door, but they were foiled. My pets had taken Cinder for another car ride and didn't come back with her when they returned. I knew I should have been happy, but instead, I missed her! I kept telling them they needed to bring her back before something horrible happens to her. They finally listened to me and went to get her the next day. She had stitches in her stomach from something called spay so I wasn't allowed to wrestle with her at first. But she is home to stay!

Need Advice My Pets Have Been Brainwashed

It all started a couple days ago when I let my humans out without a leash. It was cold out and I didn't feel like going outside but the pets wouldn't stop bugging me. I opened up the door, knowing they would be back in a couple hours. Right on cue, they were at the door two hours later.

When I was letting them in, an intruder stuck her head in and announced that she found my pets wandering around outside her home, so she let them in. Her crabby aunt told her they already had a human and to take the strays back where she found them. She followed my humans home and walked right in the door with them! She said she fell in love with my pets and I had better get use to the idea of a roomate because she wasn't going to live anywhere without them.

What nerve! I told my humans to sic her and they completely ignored me! When I tried to show her the door, they protected her! She gave me the evil eye and said "they belong to me now" then barracaded herself in the bathroom.

I know she brainwashed them somehow. I think she is brainwashing me too - She was peeking at me from under the door when I peeked at her. her voice sounded like music and her face was so cute...I need advice fast on how to un-brainwash my pets so they will allow me to shove her free-loading tail out of my home before I end brainwashed myself!
