I plan my Halloween costumes two months in advance. I like any occasion to dig into my collection of strange wardrobe pieces and frolic about pretending I’m someone else, so Halloween is one of my favorite holidays. I have been planning this year’s creation since August and I hope it will be as awesome as I imagine it to be in my head.
But you know who doesn’t have to plan his Halloween costumes? A cat named Fangsy. That’s because Fangsy is the most fabulous vampire cat ever — ever.
Okay, so Fangsy might actually be an inverted vampire. That’s because it’s his underbite that gives him his fangs. As far as I’m concerned, however, that still counts. In fact, it’s even better. Some vampires have fangs on the top, other vampires have fangs on the bottom.
Life wasn’t always such a fabulous Halloween costume party for Fangsy, though, who was abandoned by his first owners and left to fend for himself in the wild. Fortunately, Fangsy chanced upon some kind people who eventually connected the Himalayan with his current human friend and forever home. Today, Fangsy is spoiled rotten, according to his Facebook page, and spends his days whining for food, antagonizing the cat he shares his home with, and eating paper — he is especially fond of paperback book covers. Yum!
I got all these fabulous photos of Fangsy from his Facebook page, which you should go follow — and tell him Catster sent you!
