Last night was the second worst server upgrade in my life. We are so sorry what we expected to take four hours took all night and well into the next day.
Now that it’s all back to normal (and better then ever) the first thing I could think of doing was coming here and apologizing profusely. The whole team here is worked but we feel awful that we could not resolve it sooner.
We work so hard at this, it crushes us when we don’t get everything perfect. A couple curve balls last night really struck us out, but thanks to some heroics last night into today we at last worked it out. Thanks so much for bearing with our extended online paws.
