Arrival Story: I was living in an outdoor shelter with my MomCat and littermates along with many other cats and kittens. One sunny day a lady came to the shelter and called "kitty, kitty." I ran over to her and she pet my head through the fence. She walked along the fence and called "kitty, kitty" to other cats, but I kept running along the fence meowing to her. She pet me again and went away. A little while later she came back and told the caretaker she wanted me. ME! She cuddled me in her arms and took me to her home. She introduced me to Mindy and she became my Mama that day.

Bio: The next day Mama took me to the vet. He told her all the kittens at that shelter were sick with gastro-something and not to name me cuz I wouldn't live. Mama told him I would live and she would give me a big, strong name, "Unsinkable Molly Brown." The vet gave her some medicine for me and told her to feed me baby meat with a spoon every two hours for two weeks. I did live, and happily, with my Mama for 16 years.

Honey, you were already born when I went with Mama to the vet to be let go of my pain and sickness. Mama didn't know about you then cuz your guardian didn't want to tell her about kittens when she knew I was so sick.
After I was whisked away to the Rainbow Bridge, Mama got rid of my old stuff, my scratched to pieces condo, my yucky litter box and my very hairy bed. Of course, she saved my stuffed white cat, my many mice, and my pictures. Mama mourned and missed me, even though she knew she did the best for me.
Then somebody told her Sherry, the woman upstairs, might know about some kittens. Mama went up there and asked Sherry. She said sure, "Gina and Harvey had seven kittens on Easter. There's one left. She's hiding under the couch now, but if you come back tomorrow she'll be out."
Mama went back the next day and there you were, scabby eyes, runny nose and a little copy of your DaddyCat Harvey. Mama scooped you up, cuddled you and asked Sherry, "May I have her?" Sherry was glad Mama wanted you cuz then all the kittens would have gone to good homes. Mama wrapped you in her t-shirt so you wouldn't jump away and took you home to stay. She named you Honey.

Baby Major tagged me for the "All I Want for Christmas game" so here goes:
1. I want to let my mama to know she did the best thing for me by letting me go the Bridge when she did cuz I was awfully miserable and I'm free of pain now.
2. I want to know why Baby in called Baby Major.
3. I want some creamed cheese to lick -- meummm.
4. I want Mama to give a whole lot a lovin' to my sister Honey cuz she's still scared from the fire and all the noise.
5. I can see war and hunger and homelessness from here for both people and cats and I want it to stop.
6. I want effuryone to have good food, warmth and lovin'.
