I am so scared today that I don't even want to go outside. I was outside yesterday, just making my rounds and looking for mice and chipmunks, then I was chased by my neighbor's big dog. What else could I do , but run fast and climb a high tree. I cried and cried. Finally my daddy heard me. It was dark outside, so he had to get a flashlight to see where I was, then he saw me, about 25 feet up a tree, stuck in a v shaped notch. Daddy went away and I cried very loudly, but he just went back to get a ladder and Mommy. He had a hard time getting me loose, I was wedged in very tight. I tried to help as much as I could. Finally he got me loose and I held on tight to him as he climbed down the ladder. I don't know when I will feel like going outside again.
