Arrival Story:
I was born in this small apartment and stuck in a bathroom with about 20 other kittens. Then one day the lady pulled me away from my brothers and sisters and handed me to this weird lady. She took me home and I was scared of her at first and stayed in my box most of the time. But then I became curious about her and she would always give me food and now I love her and we sleep together all the time and she shares her food with me and lets me do anything I want. I am the king of the house.

Bio:
I'm a really relaxed cat. Nothing ever bothers me and I love to sleep and follow my mom everywhere. I have to check out any new people who come into my house. I'm not crazy about guys though. I just sit and stare at them and I wont let them touch me. I used to share my home with lots of other animals. Some frogs that always stuck to the sides of their cage and made really loud noises and sounded like little dogs - they were annoying, a small yellow and tan lizard that didnt like me very much and 13 rats - I like them, I would always pick on them and watch them for hours but they just ignored me and teased me with all their yummy food, I even caught mommy giving them some of my food! But they are all gone now and its just me.I started out as an indoor/outdoor kitty. But then in September 2006 when my aunt went to bring me into my grandmas house they found that my paw was bleeding badly and I was missing my toes and pads on my paw and there was bone sticking out. They took me to the vet that night and the next day they had to amputate. They think I got bit by a oppossum since there was one that was always sticking around my moms porch. I am now an indoor cat and I'm very scared to be taken outside. I love to lay around and play and look out the window every now and then. But I miss my pal Angel who wont stay inside for very long. Even though I only have 3 legs I get around great. Just as good as before. I can still jump up high onto chairs and tables and everything else. Sometimes I forget I only have 3 legs.

So far today I woke mom up around 9am and made her come out and get on the laptop so I could lay by her feet and sleep. I was getting tired of that big bed. Then I went and rearranged my food and water dishes. Mom never knows how to put them in the right order. Then I laid and looked out the window until I heard mom getting food. I sat on the counter and watched hoping it would be something good. Mom went back in by the laptop and I tried my best to get some of her food but she said no and put me on the floor. I was very unhappy so I went back to lay down and look out the window and then mom called me and let me have the rest of her oatmeal. I didnt care for it that much but I ate a little. But for now I must go look out the window again so I dont miss something.
