Arrival Story: After losing BoBo in April, we knew we then had room to save another life. We decided the end of the 3rd week in June would be good, as I'd be out of my summer session at school. In the meantime, we looked at the NE Humane Society website and picked cats we thought we'd like to look at when the time came. I wanted a tortie colored little girl, around Monkey's age. The day came and we arrived at the shelter with our carrier. As we entered a room full of kitties, Smudge (his original name) came running over to us and tried getting into our carrier. To make a long story short, we looked at everyone but came back to Smuggie. We consider him to be "white and black," as BoBo was our "black and white" whilst Monkey is "mosly black, mostly." It didn't take Monkey too long to accept him, but I would like to see them play together more. All in due time, I hope.
Bio: Smugglesby is a cat who lives to rub his face on your face although he can't resist biting! He paws at the floor before drinking from the bowl. He's a very naughty spaz! Smud Puddle (a new name I just came up with this very instant) pillages our countertops and eats the middles out of torillas. He bites us in our sleep and attacks the covers whether or not we move. His pink nose dulls to a pale blush when he is at rest; when that nose turns bright pink... look out! We love him so very much. Naughty or nice, he's a great friend!

There is a white kitty my bafroom. The hoomans call him Gabriel. They said they found him as a stray and some nice lady took him in, took him to the vet, and now he's my foster brudder! This is crazy!!! He better not try to get my Shakey Mouse!
