Arrival Story:
Little Oliver came to live at Grantline Vet where I worked in Californina. A lady had found him under a bush in a parking lot and brought him to get shots and a check up. He was only about 8 weeks old. Her husband refused to let her have another cat so she was going to take him back and put him under the bush where she found him!! Can you believe it?! We couldn't let that happen so he became the hospital cat. Oliver bonded with me stronger than anyone else in the office. He use to climb inside my scrub jacket and sleep! So when my husband and I bought a house in Utah about a year later, I knew I couldn't leave without Oliver. I made up a petition and had everyone sign it that agreed Oliver should be allowed to go with me. When I gave it to the doctor, he of course had to let him go! It's a good thing too because he's a very happy kitty!
Bio:
Oliver is such a goofy cat! He acts a lot like a dog actually, that's one reason I love him so much. Like I said before, he is incredibly clumsy. I've never seen a cat fall off of things so much. He could care less about the dogs (even Silver, who wants to eat him) and he actually really enjoys galavanting around right in front of the dogs because he knows they'll get in trouble if they chase him.
