DDP today!!!

Milo and I turned 4 today and there's 237 birthday kitties today! Happy Birthday to us all!!!

Another year under my belt!

Well Milo and I survived another year. We turned 2 today. 216 birthday kitties in the stroll today! Happy Birthday to all!!!

No Longer a Kitten

Well, Milo and I are no longer classified as kittens! We turned 1 year old today!!! I'm one of 209 kitties celebrating a birthday today! Happy Birthday to all the birthday kitties out there today!!!

Sad, Sad Day

My kitty momma (in my last picture) is really sick and has been at the vet's since last Wednesday 19 Aug 09. We're told that she got out of the house and didn't come back in for hours. They have guests at the house and Little Girl (my kitty momma) was really scared of the guests. Little Girl finally came back in and got put in the room overnight with grandpa. When Little Girl's momma came to check on them, Little Girl felt really warm so they took her to the vet. She had a temp of 106 degrees and it hasn't come down below 104.8 degrees since. She's on 3 different antibiotics, fluids, etc and nothing is helping. They've done bloodwork and they think she has an infection but they're not sure. Now her throat is starting to swell and her momma got her to eat a little bit today but it's not enough. They had to cut a hole in the side of her neck so she can breath but it's starting to swell closed too. Little Girl's momma called my momma tonight to ask her what she should do. We hope Little Girl pulls through but it's not looking so good. They'll probably put her to sleep tomorrow to end her suffering. Poor Little Girl! She might be all of 2 years old but that might be pushing it. Way too young to die and she will sorely be missed! God speed my kitty momma! We'll see you someday again waiting at the bridge!
