Around 2AM this morning I went upstairs and woke Meomwy up. I was so happy she stayed up with me because I was so sick. My sisters Pretty Girl and Bastet did as well. It was the sickess I have ever been and tonight I finally was able to get enough strength to type this message to everyfur. For a few hours, I was sick to my stomach, had diarreah and wet on the carpet. Meowmy was so worried and stayed by me, cleaning up after I finally settled down and went to sleep.

Only one other time was I sick, not as bad, but nearly and I recovered quite quickly. That was the end of April this year. I was do for my annual vet check up, and Meowmy mentioned to the vet about my sickness. The vet decided to run tests but the only thing they found was that I had Hyper Thyroidism and gave me medication. Twice a day Meowmy has to rub the inside of my ear with this cream. It doesn't hurt, but I don't want Meowmy rubbing cream on the inside of my ear, so I make a big fuss.

Tomorrow morning I will be taking a trip to the vet to see what caused me to get sick. Meowmy and Dad are so worried about me. My sister Pretty Girl stayed with me while I have been recovering. By this I mean I have been hiding under one of the beds most of the day. All day she has been laying on top of the bed looking stern with her 'tortie' glare at anyone who enters the bedroom.

Meowmy is staying in the small bed tonight and she told me to get her up if I need her. With my voice as loud as any bagpipe, I most surely will.

Pretty Girl will let everyfur know what the vet says. She has decided to look after me whether I want her to or not.

Thank you. I woke everyfur and everyhuman up early this morning. I feel so much better. I ate and drank well all last night and Meomwy is hoping it was a little kitty virus of some sort. But to be sure, she is taking to the vet anyway. Have to run and hide....I will let you know what the vet says.

Had a blood work up today and will find out results in a few days. But other than that, nothing was found. Maybe I got something that my other furblings didn't. Meowmy scrubbed the carpet maybe that made me sick. I don't remember eating a plant, but I could have. Poinsettia plant remains inside, but Meomwy is getting that out now. I don't know if I ate that. I don't usually. Maybe there was a leaf on the floor that moved and I grabbed it and swolled it. Don't know because I don't recall. I am headed up to sleep. Harrowing trip.

we sure are glad you are feeling better Baby. mom had to take all the plants out of the house because i will eat anything green, even corn husks and silks. take good care of yourself little girl, purrs Sammy

Thank you all for your well wishes and thoughts. I think Meowmy was a little overly nervous. We just lost my sisfur Miss Kitty in January and she is so clingy to all of us now looking for everything. But I have to say, Sunday AM was terrible for me and I was furrrry sick. I feel so much better today, playing with Meowmy a bit and play boxing at Dad like I like to do when he comes home from work.

Meowmy and the vet say if it happens again, I am to go back, stay the night for more tests. So we are all crossing paws that doesn't happen again.
