Last night we were watching our favorite Dude on Animal Planet, Jackson Galaxy. If you’ve never seen the show “My Cat From Hell,” this big tattooed guy Jackson makes house calls to owners and their kitties that are having “behavioral issues.” The humans don’t understand why the cat is acting out, so Jackson makes suggestions on changing their environment, giving them more vertical space, playing more with kitty to tire him out, etc. Growling, hissing, biting cats are usually transformed into calm, docile, little lovebugs once Jackson gets through working with them.

I'm the one who jumps onto counters etc., in our house. Good idea about having our own chair in the kitchen so we can watch everything! I jump onto counters sometimes too. That clicker training sounds interesting; we've heard other kitties talking about it and Mom wants to learn more about it! xo Nadi Hey, that sounds like ME! Guess she'll have to watch that episode!! Meowmy started to watch that show...and she fell asleep with us on her lap...we are not needing Jackson's services, MOL!! Thanks fur filling us in to the details we missed! Maybe we could get some yums, if we started to be naughty...and had to be retrained! MOL!! Steak? River loves Steak.... hmmm. steaks how yummy is that!!! We love watching that show, I am an angel compared to some of those cats.... Did someone mention steak?? I live on the counter tops. Heck, my best pics are on the counter tops and table. Love that show! We are all counter kitties and will never change. If people come to our house they better like it or not eat. I have never seen a visitor at our place ever refuse a meal. Jackson should have recommended a bigger kitchen with more counters and/or large islands.. After all we kitties need to make sure those Humans don't do something stupid. they tend to cut a finger, use the 5 second rule or taste test and reuse the spoon. I guess some Humans think they never make mistakes. We are just there to keep them in check. I should have my own show Jackson. Tee Hee. Ummmmm wait... cats AREN'T suppose to be on the counters? Hmmmmm, I guess no one gave mommy the memo! I sleeps on the table, I jumps on the counters, the only 'no no' is the stove cause that can get hot and hurt River Toes, or so I've been told. Hi Everybuddy! I thought it was rather amusing that Roscoe's Dad was trying to keep Roscoe off the kitchen counter when he cooked, after all he was just trying to help his Dad taste the food and make sure it was okay to serve. But when I saw that Roscoe got steak for staying on his kitchen chair, I thought, what the heck, I'll stay on a chair, too, if it means I get steak! Besides, when no one is home to watch me, I go wherever I want! Luke! We must be brofurs from another mother! Daddy has a name for me that starts evil little......well, he says it lovingly, but I jump on the coffee table which is also the humans table, and now the counters and even yesterday the stove! Mom has told dad that I'm a bored teenager with a slightly older sis and big brofurs who tire of my antics and a much older Bella who mom worries about with me cause I'm so active! Mom has thought of clicker training! I love to follow the laser light and am very curious about everything! Mom wishes we could alll go to 'kittyschool' together to give us some time to run off and play our energy off...we live in a pretty small space...we do have a big cat tree.... wanna come and play, buddy? Hey CK! You sound like a lot of fun buddy! Oh, the trouble we could get into together! Do you like to play in the middle of the night? My favorite thing to do is to jump on the dresser when the pawrents are sleeping and knock things on the floor ~ so much fun! You Luke and Tully would be the cutest trouble makes around. You guys can come to my place and cause trouble any time. Winkie Winkie!!!! |
