Arrival Story:
I adopted sweet little Simon and his sister Nico from the wonderful Kitten Rescue organization in Los Angeles. Simon was born almost 3 weeks premature -- a tiny little guy who required regular bottle feedings and medication for herpes flare-ups. He's now a healthy, beautiful charming grown cat!

Bio:
Update 6/21/06/ Simon is having surgery tomorrow to remove his bladder stones. I'm worried about a potential heart murmur mentioned by the vet, but hopeful his indominable spirit will prevail! With his rough start in the world, Simon can be on the shy side. He needs time to adjust to new people, smells and sounds. But once he's comfortable, Simon is the most adorable, affectionate boy cat imaginable -- not to mention the most beautiful Turkish Van I've ever seen.
