Well, I am now uterusless

I got spayed yesterday:O( It hurts. But I'm okay. Mom gave me half a baytril and I'm eating okay. I was SOOO happy to be home and just wanted to love and nudge everything, but mom put me in Penny's crate in her room, and I had my own litter box and food dish and a little bed, and she draped a big towel over it so it would be kinda dark and quiet for me to rest, so I did for awhile, and then I managed to escape for awhile and got some loves from momma, and tried to head bump milo, but he wasn't in the mood I guess. I've just been resting and hanging out.

I bet my kittens would have been really cute if I had been allowed to get preggo. Oh well, at least I can explore outside with Milo pretty soon, and he won't get to have all the fun!

Geesh, I was just getting online to check my email... what's SOOO interesting about that?? Then out pops all these bright flashing lights taking my picture, what is up with that. Anyway, you can check out the pics on my homepage if you want!

Mom takes such good care of us kitties!

I love her, and I am so lucky to have found her. When I was a little kitten she got me for $5 and I had bad fleas and ear mites and she bathed me and put some olive oil drops in my ears and a week later I was as good as new!

She loves us so much that she feeds us a raw diet like what we would eat if we were wild kitties! I will talk more about that in another entry tho!

Today I want to talk about CAT LITTER.... mom really doesn't want us to get sick from breathing in bad stuff that is found in clay clumping litters so she uses Chicken food called Layer crumbles from the feed store. The brand is Purina (yeah, like the cat food company) and it's called Layena. She gets it for much cheaper than regular cat litter and it's much better for us. It costs her less than $12 for a BIG 50lb. bag!! Isn't that great??!

I think so! It does clump and you can flush it right down the people potty too! because it naturally decomposes unlike clay litters. Also mom has a special way that she always cleans the litter box... here is a link if you want to find out more about how she does it. There is a video also that you can watch how it is done!
