Max was named after the boy in the wolf suit in "Where the Wild Things Are" because that was what she looked like when you picked her up when she was little. Max is absolutely gorgeous, but she is a fatty! Though she has a smaller frame than her brother, she weighs the same as him. She keeps to herself during the day, but as soon as you turn off the lights and get into bed, she is ready to be pet. She can't be quiet when she's being pet, either. She has to meow the whole time, but the sound she makes sounds more like "meep" than "meow".
