Sadness

On September 28, we had to put Macy to sleep. He was almost 9 1/2 years old and the best boy a mother could ask for. After trying to treat him for a week of what was thought to have been allergies & an acute asthma attack, the doctors found 3 tumors in his right lung and still couldn't see what his left lung looked like. Bub was a trooper throughout this entire ordeal and was very much at peace when it was time. He is greatly missed by his family and numerous human friends. We love and miss you so much Bubbie.
XOXOXO,
Momma

My sister and I recently went to the vet's office to have your yearly check-up. Mom felt bad because she knows that we really don't like it. Sis went first. She's no where near as big as me. Once mom let me out of my cage, I walked straight over to the scale to show everyone how much I weighed. I'm happy with my 21.6 lbs, but neither mom or the doctor was. Sis and I both had blood work done since we are getting older and I'm happy to say that I'm in excellent health...minus my weight. Now back to begging mom for food and sneaking up on sis!
