Arrival Story:
I was trapping cats on a beach jetty with my mom. He was one that we trapped. He was feral, but with some love and patience he became adoptable. He found a home with another cat, and soon after he got there he ran all the way up the womans back and attacked her! She was pissed, and returned him right away. My mom didn't have the heart to make me loose him a second time, so he became mine!

Bio:
I loved this boy more than life itself. He was my best friend at all times. Everytime I needed some cheering up he was there. At night I'd call him from our sundeck, and hear him come jingling up the street. Or he'd pound on the glass in till we let him in. Then he'd jump on my lap and rub his face up against mine. When he had enough he'd slap me and walk away. Many times I woke up with him sleeping on my face, but I loved him despite the fact that he tried to kill me. We moved one year, and I tried so hard to keep him inside. I didn't want to leave with out him. I locked him in a closet, and then in the bathroom, he was so misreble. When we got to the new place I put him in my room, and ge opend (sliding doors) right away. My mom didn't want him to roam the house (litter box) so she put him in the bathroom. She had wanted him on her deck, but I told him he would jusp. She said he wouldn't (despite that be just moved from a 2 story, where he entered and exited thought the top deck). At night he kept meowing and pawing at the door keeping her awake, so she put him out. In the morning he was gone. I searched for him, and kept going to our old house hoping he found his way home. 3 months later I was driving home. The second we got home we got a phone call from a woman who found his body, on that street... the street I had just driven on. My mom picked him up, and returned home with only a collar. I've had so much guilt, and been so horribly depressed since then. I so wanted to fill the void in my heart. But I can't. All my cats now wear collars with bells (and are indoors), because that little jingle is as close to him as I can ever get again. I got a tattoo of him on my wrist, to forever memoralize him. And my first son's middle name will be his name. I will forever love and miss you Ke Ke.
