Orange & White Tabby

He likes to sleep all day, and spends a lot of time looking at the world outside the window when not sleeping.

He doesn't liked to be picked up. He also doesn't like it when someone touches his stomach or legs.

Favorite Toy:
He loves anything with catnip. Give him five minutes and he will have the toy completely destroyed with catnip all over the floor.

Favorite Nap Spot:
He loves to sleep on top of one of the three beds in the house. He also sleeps under the bed sometimes aswell.

Favorite Food:
The only food he gets is dry food in the flavor of chicken. Although he does like milk but it doesn't agree with him.

He has skillfully mastered the art of making love to my stuffed animal. Even though he was neutered as soon as we got him.

Arrival Story:
Hobbes was my best christmas gift so far in my life. He was given to me as a present in 1993. I opened a shoebox and inside was my favorite stuffed animal, I thought I was being jipped until my Mom and Bryan said that I could trade him in for a real one. They wanted me to pick out the kitten. We originally went to the local animal shelter but because Bryan was allergic to cats they wouldn't let us take one home. We then tried the pound and there was hobbes the most vocal cat of the lot. Immediatley I went over to him and knew that he was the one I wanted. He was the only orange one and I was partial to orange kitties. Even though he was six months and almost full grown, which is not what I was hoping for, I still couldn't help but love him. He was mine as soon as I held him in my arms. He seemed to be crying out to me to take him home. Since then the same stuffed animal that was wrapped up that used to be mine is now his. I guess I really did trade the stuffed animal in for him afterall. But I would do it all agian in a heart beat.
