Remember that mini-feeder I told you all about in my last entry? Well, at that point she was smaller than me, but she seems to be drinking some magic juice because she is now much bigger than me. She also tries to touch me with her grubby little fur-pulling mini hands.
Can anybody tell me what a pony is? The big feeder keeps telling the mini feeder that I'm gonna be her pony someday. She also laughs relly loud after she says this. Am I the butt of some not so nice joke? Somebody, please enlighten me.
love.

dear diary,
ay dios mio. the feeders brought home a new species almost 2 months ago. I have been in hiding so have not been able to report back to you. the tiny thing because it is only slightly smaller than me lacks the glamorous fur needed to make it truly fabulous. It doesn't seem to be very smart either. It can't walk, leap, or run. It just sits in a chair or on my favorite feeder making these incomprehensible noises. sometimes it shreiks, and I really don't like that. I used to be the king of mewling, but this new mini-feeder seems to have taken my crown. One thing I like about her, is that she is kinda stinky. I like stinky smells. yum.
Her name is Ruby. That's okay, but not as good a name as Speck. What were they thinking?!!!!
gotta go.

Hello diary,
I know you might feel as I have abandoned you, but I assure you that I have been busy inspecting and sniffing out all th new items coming into my domain as of late. My favorite mystery to crack is this giant white bed with rails. It is not big enough for the feeders, yet looks quite nice for me. I am puzzled that they have placed a giant sheet over it. Don't they know I am here and ready for my bed. The other day I attempted to jump onto said bed, but was bamboozled by this shiny, crinkly stuff. The minute my paws hit this substance I know now as tinfoil, I turned quickly and hightailed it out of the room. The short (getting fatter day by day) feeder, laughed hysterically. I could hear her mocking peals of laugghter all the way in the other room. She felt it was necessary to call her friends on the communication device and make further mockery of my humiliation. I heard her talking about a "crib tent." I'm sure I can elude her and claim the bed as my own. I am smarter than I look.
Love, Speck
