Sammy was a drop off. The problem with having a barn, is people think it is ok to drop off their cats. I don't think we would have found Sammy had our dogs not chased him up a tree. His meow sounded so pitiful, like he was actually crying. My dad fell for him, and soon he was coming in the house.
Bio:
Sammy got hit by a car, at the same time we were trying to wrangle up the other cat that was dropped off with him. I don't remember how long we had Sam, but he was surely a handful. My mom wanted to take him to the pound several times. Then one day, he was being really bad, and ran up onto her lap, put his paws on either side of her neck and snuggled up to her chin, almost giving her a hug. She said it felt like he was saying "Thank you" to her, and ever since then, he was a keeper. Sammy was Misty's best friend, and Chloe's worst enemy.
