Arrival Story:
Kiki was 6-weeks old and cowering alone in a space between two buildings. Ron, her new dad, bought some tuna and milk and coaxed her out. We took her to the vet, who didn't have much hope for her survival. She was malnourished, sick, flea-riddin and her tail had been badly hurt (probably by being slammed in a door). But she survived! And she's still our best friend.We lost Kiki February 19, 2009 after a long, happy, spoiled and blessed life together. She will always live in our hearts.
