My Daddy

My daddy has been stressed out lately trying to keep his furmily.
And I have noticed this so have decided to pay him a couple visits so far.........Sunday I was spotted out of the corner of his eye sitting on the breakfast room floor. I heard mommy tell me Hello when daddy told her.

Monday night before daddy went to bed he was getting something out of his closet and before he closed the door he spotted me again.....his closet and mom's were two of my falorite place to be.....after daddy told mommy , then I could hear her say "love you Socksie, Goodnight ! ! "
I miss them so much !

Where have you been mommy?

I was Dairy pick of the day for none other than October 31,2007 and although mommy checked my page she had no idea that I was Dairy of the Day till the next day, all because she didn't check her regular mail. I don't know what I'm gonna do with her.

Visits from the other side . . .

My mommy and I have made an agreement that even when I have to go to Kitty Heaven, I'll always come to visit everyone. Once I got situated at Rainbow Bridge I have been visiting everybody.
First to see me was mommy I sat on her (my) bed, I let her know I am feeling better and so happy.
Second to see me was human brother Lino he thought he was dreaming but mommy explained our agreement and he was so happy to see me as it was really tough to leave him.
I spent some time with daddy too, this morning he said the dream seemed so real he could feel my orange fur.
I even showed myself to mommy's neice who also loved me dearly. Daddy used to tease that I was her beau. HaHaHa
And of course I always keep my sister (Bootsie) company while mom and dad are at work.
I hope other parents are as lucky to have visits like ours mommy says.

Wooooo Hoooo. Meooow. I can fly, this is unbelievable I love my new wings.

This Morning . . .

This morning as I was getting up and ready for work I was remembering the fuuny/happy things about Socks.
A few years ago and when we first got Socks, he used to be curious about his new sister(Boo-Boo) and she could not stand him. She wanted nothing to do with him. So since he had partly been an outdoor cat we would let him outside often. Once in a while he would worry us when he did not come back for a day or two. Ant way, moving on. . . . .
Not long after that we had to call a plumber to the house for services. Usually he likes to greet and sniff our visitors and then leave. This time he was different. He was trying to communicate. About that time the plumber asked if we ever let Socks out, we replied yes. We were informed that he (plumber) lived about 8-10 blocks from our house. What had happened is Socks would go visit the plumber and he thought it was unusual how Socks would sound like he was saying Heellloooe when his girlfriend just thought he(plumber) was drunk and imagening things. She eventually heard him and agreed.

My son's name is Lino (pronouced Leno - with a long e sound) and he always believed he was saying Lineow. We would say it was true.

August 4, 2007

On Saturday August 4, 2007 the decision was made to let our wonderful Kitty Socks go. He was at the point that he could no longer eat due to all his medical problems. He is no longer in any kind of pain and I know he is in a happier place and will come to visit us often. THANKS TO EVERY ONE FOR YOUR LOVING SUPPORT AND ENCOURAGEMENT - iT HAS MEANT SOO MUCH ! >^^

I went to see the vet on Monday July 30 . . . : (

Mommy & Daddy took me to see the vet on Monday because they thought I lost a little toooo much weight tooo soon. I hadn't beenable to keep anything down so I stopped eating as much and I started sitting facing the wall and Daddy knew there was something wrong because that's what my sister(Boo-Boo) did when her Kidneys started to fail. They have drawn blood and results show something is wrong with my Liver. Today 8-2-7 I'm going to get a sonogram to see if they can pinpoint the problem. Wish me Luck, I'm not ready to Leave my family yet !
