Arrival Story: Smokey showed up in our backyard thin and starving. We decided to keep him and now he's quite a handsome fellow. Smokey now lives with my Mother and grandmother because he didn't like living where I moved to. But I still keep tabs on him.
Bio: I'm pretty sure Smokey is an oriental shorthair mix. He doesn't have the colors of one, but he does have the body structure and temperment of one. Smokey is a nutcase and a goof ball. He can act a bit airheaded, yet is smart enough to figure out how to open doors not tightly shut. Smokey does his best to get along with everyone. That is until he wants something then drives us nuts until he gets it! He likes to play more than anything else. Smokey is a total little boy. He gets dirty, and likes to wrestle. He's the most hyper cat I've ever seen, but I love him anyway.
He's been neutered so he can't father any unwanted kittens.
My Motto: People might ask me, why get pets when it hurts so much to lose them when they pass on? My answer is, because it hurts even more to not have them in my life at all.
Smokey's Motto: Live life to the fullest! Be happy, be crazy, make lots of friends, and have fun!
I finally gave Smokey his own diary. Whiskers was tired of sharing hers, and Smokey decided he has enough time to write one after all.
Smokey didn't come home yesterday. He always comes home after being out at night. He lives with my mother and grandmother now, and he wears a collar with tags. It's a safety collar so hopefully it hasn't come off.
Anyone living in the California area please keep a lookout for Smokey!
Mom doesn't have her computer yet, so please be patient! We'll get back to you when we can. We moved out of our Grandma's place and well, long story short, we moved into a too small house and will be moving to a larger apartment next month.
Whiskers is still with Grandma, and she really misses us. But we'll get her back next month we hope, or the month after. Mom was trying really hard to find a place big enough for all of us and she finally did it!
The place we live in now is awful, Mom's old room mate nearly killed me! She tied my leash to a car and got me dragged down the street! I have scars now, but I'm still handsome. Tell you more about that later.
How we moved and why is a very LONG story, so when Mom gets her computer and the internet back, I'll tell you then.
