Arrival Story:
Caroline worked at a mom-and-pop pet store 3 years ago. A cat rescue lady would bring in kitties for them to try and find homes for, and after seeing several rounds of kitties being adopted, she finally caved when she saw me! I was curious and bright-eyed, playful and sweet. After Caroline adopted me, she would bring me to work at the pet store, and I became the shop kitty. Of course, I got to go home with her every night and ride in the car! She took another job, and then got back into college! That is how we ended up here in Philly.

Bio:
I was rescued from a dump / scrap yard along with my brothers and sisters. It was a rainy spring, and boy, am I sure glad I got out of there. No mangy dogs, just dark, scary nights. Now I get to be warm and safe! That was life 1 of 9. Life #2 was when I climbed a tree and couldn't get down by myself. I didn't know I got so high up on those branches. I was there for 4 days, camped out, wondering why no one could hear my meows. Finally, Caroline's sister heard my cries and came to my rescue! Thanks, Christin! Sorry it took that extension ladder. Guess what I've caught? A couple birds, a snake, and a bunch of mice! That was when I could go outside, but after that stint in the tree, I've been under lock and key.
