Arrival Story:
Once upon a time, dad was the manager at a pet store, and Jazmine was just a tiny baby kitten, and became very sick with a respiratory infection or cold. When an animal cannot breath thru its nose, it cannot tase its food, so it will not eat. Dad would give her meds, keept her nose cleaned up, and force fed her as often as possable. She was of course kept in a cage at the store, so she always kept herself proped up on her 2 front paws hanging thru the wire cage. She always cried for dad. She finally became well and the store decided to give her to dad due to the bond they had. To this day, she will always prop herself up on something when she sits or lays down somewhere. And is ALWAYS telling this ENTIRE story to EVERYONE!

Jazmine would DEFINATELY be one of those kids that constantly repeat EVERYTHING OVER AND OVER AND OVER... "Can I have a treat?" "Can I have a treat?" "Can I have a treat?" "Can I have a treat?" On Mon. June 23rd, 2008 Mom & Dad got the news... I have been diagnosed with diabetes. We all knew I have not been feeling myself within the last week, so I had an appointment at the doctors and we were informed the day of the visit. The next day when the blood tests came back, it confirmed the original diagnosis; however it was good news that nothing else was wrong. Mom says to look at the positive side; we can treat diabetes and I can live with it, other problems could have been worse - I guess I will have to believe her - Mom is always so smart! We all went for a ride in Dads truck again back to the doctors. Mom and Dad did a lot of talking and got a lot of papers (yea-I love to munch papers!) and stuff from the doctor. I really don't know much what is going on, but Mom keeps telling me not to worry, she promises I will feel better soon.
