Euthanized But Lovin' the Bridge

Hi everybody,

Well, I hope my story has been inspirational to somecat, because I've found the final page.
My human took me to be euthanized today. It wasn't something she was happy about, but in the long run, I'm probably better off. You see, I got asthma in my back legs, which has made it harder and harder for me to walk over the past few weeks. I wasn't able to move well or function.
The Bridge is pretty cool. I hope, after you've all lived long, happiness-filled lives on Earth like me, I might meet you here someday.

Hope you live for 22 years too!

One month countdown

Well, it's around a month until I turn 22. I actually appreciate being old, thanks to the awesome groups on here. It's one birthday I can't wait for.
Hopefully I'll stay in good health for a long time.

Just Another Thing

Something I forgot to mention is that I am completely deaf. I guess you might be wondering how I could possibly forget something like that. Well, it doesn't much affect my life anymore. There isn't much to hear in life that I haven't already heard.

For many years, my owner had a collar on me with an annoying jingle bell. Things like that damage the ears. For me, it made me deaf.

Apart from that, though, my health isn't too bad. Things like that can change overnight, however. Many cats have strokes when they get up there in age.

I'm really pleased at the response my age has been getting. It is a fairly impressive number. Many of the years have been good ones. I can only wish that other cats were as lucky as I am to be '21 and still going.'
