Arrival Story:
I stopped into PetSmart one day to pick up some stuff for our fish tank and wandered over to the adoption center. Both she and her two brothers were up for adoption, as their previous owner had been deployed to Iraq. The sign on her cage said that she was a shy and fearful little girl. Her birthday was unknown. I instantly fell in love with her when I put my hand up to the plexiglass...she took one look, headbutted the glass and rolled over. I went in and spent some time with her and brought her home that afternoon. Shy and fearful, my behind! She promptly took over the household, displacing Murron as the Queen Cat. We now say that her birthday is in April, as that's when I brought her home.
