I'm here too!!

So meowmy was typing for Lily, and I told her to type for me too (as we all know I'm the queen of the house). When meowmy is in a typing mood, I have to take advantage of this fact. So anyhoo, I wanted to let all of my friends know that I'm still here and still the queen of the house (and a daddy's girl). And no more Buspar!! Meowmy says I'm purrfectly normal now (okay, meowmy says I'm still loony, but not as much so and I don't bother Lily anymore). But now Sammy has to take a little Buspar for a short time since he has been a little bit mean to me and Lily (not too mean, just bothersome). So I laughed at him since there is no more meds for me!! Haha!! Cougar still bothers me, but not too much, I tolerate him MOL! Oh, well, off to snuggle daddy or possibly hand out in my room (aka the dining room which Emmy has claimed in both this house and our last house as her kingdom).

The Emmy Speaks!

Well, let me just say that Meowmy has been VERY bad about keeping up with her catster duties. So, in order to make this up to all of us, she has promised to give us all some new diary entries to keep everyone up on our very important activities! For me, my latest excitement has been that I'm on Buspar! I know, I'm very embarrassed about this, but a few months back I started getting a little meaner than usual with Lily (she's been sick and I've picked up on this). Well, I ended up scratching her eye (the actual eye) during a chase and fight. Thankfully, her eye healed right up in a few days with some prescription eye drops from the vet, but then he prescribed Buspar for me! Ack! It's supposed to make me calmer, and it has been working. I'm on a really small dose (I was initially on 2.5mg per day, now I'm getting it every other day), and meowmy and daddy have noticed a slight change (I'm not quite as mean as usual MOL).

In addition, I had my teeth cleaned, so I have nice clean, pearly white choppers! I like my clean teeth, but the whole vet experience was not so nice (even though everyone at the office likes me and thinks I'm the cutest). Now I can eat LOTS more food (my favorite activity)!! So that's good. And I have a brand new bed in the living room that looks like a cat (actually it looks like TJ). I LOVE it! I sit for hours now just kneading away on the bed and snuggling up. It's the best! Well, I guess that's all for now, and, of course, I'm still queen of the house (and still have to deal with that amorous Cougar).

The princess speaks!

I'm so happy mommy has finally put a diary entry in here for me as I AM the princess of the house after all and now everyone can be aware of my greatness. I spent a nice day lounging on daddy, having a meal, having a treat from mommy (the fridge treats - the dried chicken ones!), and lounging in my favorite new bed atop the kitchen cabinets. Does life get any better? Oh, and I forgot, I swatted that Cougar to let him know whose boss and that if I'm to be his girlfriend, I'm the one who wears the pants in this relationship. What a day! Oh, and mommy finally purchased another of those automatic litter boxes for us. I initially thought they were an evil possessed demon box, but have since determined that they are a perpetually clean bathroom, which is perfect for my princess like self. And she buys that nice pine scented litter that I love so much too! Ahh, off to take (another) cat nap. Toodles my subjects, err, friends!
