Today, four years ago...my only son Reno made his journey to the bridge. I was so sad that he had to leave. But, as his mama I knew he was sick. I spent the whole night with him, and when he became paralyzed and got scared I was right there with him. I kept licking his face, drying his tears. We both knew it was his time to go. I knew when he was only going to be with me for a short time when he was born. He was always sickly and that is why mom kept him. She wanted to be sure he always had proper medical care. But, Reno was funny. He used to get into the strangest predicaments...he made mom laugh alot. Reno, mom will always miss us..but at least up here at the bridge we are together again and free of pain. We will be with mom again, and we will laugh just like before.
